Aon is looking for Operations Specialists II/Customer Service Rep The Operations Specialist, with Aon Business Services - Integrated Services, will support our Healthcare Individuals Program in Fort Washington, PA! This is a hyrid role! Your impact as a Customer Service Operations Specialist II Responding to client inquiries via email, processing financial transaction and working with multiple systems. This position offers a variety of assignments, learning opportunities and visibility throughout multiple departments within Aon Affinity! Responding to client inquiries Responsible for responding to client inquiries for new and existing customers via email. This colleague assesses the needs of the client and can act as advisor or processor, depending on the request. The colleague would process changes using the policy management system based on program rules and underwriting guidelines. While templates are in place, due to the nature of the request, the colleague will have the ability to free form responses based on the request. This role required to have or acquire a Property and Casulty Licensed due to the advisory capacity they must fill; Affinity will help you attain your license by paying for study material/taking the test while allowing 6 months fro the hire date to obtain. Financial Transactions Responsible for processing financial transactions to debit / credit policy accounts depending on the nature of the request. Work with Aon's Acounting Operations Department to resolve payment requests. You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience: Recent graduates will be considered Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong PC skills - proficiency in Word and Excel Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and customer service focus Proven use of sound judgment skills with solid decision-making abilities Ability to multi-task and independently prioritize work Independent problem-solving skills Basic Math Skills Preferred experience: 2+ years of office work experience Insurance industry work experience Property and Casualty license Required to acquire the Property & Casualty license within 6 months of hire date Education: High School Some college or relevant work experience preferred We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
