As a key member of the Corporate Finance team, the position has global exposure to tax and financial reporting as well as specific business lines and products. The Senior Manager, Tax will report to the Senior Director, Finance as well as work closely with the senior leadership of the organization.

What you'll do:



  • Manage the company's domestic and international tax activities and strategy from planning to execution
  • Provide relevant tax guidance to support business activities
  • Build relationships and understanding within the business to support compliance and minimize risk
  • Assess and communicate impact of changes in tax regimes in the countries where Payoneer operates
  • Identify corporate domestic and international tax opportunities and elections with ability to model related impacts
  • Research international tax issues - working with outside advisers as necessary
  • Provide tax-related input on various business processes and products, helping to solve complex business issues
  • On an ongoing basis, review and update the company's transfer pricing policies and manage withholding tax issues
  • Support local controllers around the globe on tax compliance issues
  • Support in preparation of the annual domestic tax returns and financial statement tax provisions and disclosures
  • Manage tax due diligence on future M&A projects
  • Engage with regulatory authorities as needed


What we're looking for:



  • 4+ years of experience in public accounting, "Big 4" and top national firms, specializing in international tax - a must!
  • Experience of 4+ years in a multinational group with several subsidiaries
  • Ability to understand the business environment and apply the relevant tax principles, using practical methods to support the business owners' needs and be able to clearly articulate those methods to relevant stakeholders
  • Creative thinking and out of the box solutions for complicated processes
  • CPA and B.A in Accounting or Bar License required
  • Excellent analytical and technical tax skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborate with international leadership and process owners and manage relationships with external advisors
  • Reliable, trustworthy, high level of integrity with strong service orientation
