Job Summary

The Sales Support Coordinator will work closely with the Inside Sales Team and various departments within Paycor to assist with support, implementation, billing and various other client and prospect needs. The Sales Support Coordinator will provide administrative assistance for Inside Sales, with specific focus on critical non-revenue producing activities that improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Inside Sales team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Communicate with Paycor clients via phone and email
  • Communicate with internal Paycor departments and partners via phone and email
  • Create cases and follow up for addressing client/prospect needs
  • Prioritize and plan work activities
  • Record and maintain work status in Salesforce
  • Salesforce report creation and profiling
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years work experience in a B2B environment; sales support or other administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong customer service skills, can speak with poise and articulation
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Salesforce.com
  • Takes initiative
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work at a fast-pace and learn new products, systems, and sales management processes
  • Organization and attention to detail
