Payoneer has an opportunity for an organized, assertive Project Coordinator to directly support our Regional SVP, GTM head. We are looking for a dedicated resource to work out of our Palo Alto, office to help pull it all together. This person will be providing a wide range of administrative support by effectively executing department/operational tasks to meet business objectives in a fast-paced environment. You must be extremely organized with exceptional follow-through and have the assertiveness to tactfully manage up and keep all the stakeholders on track.

What You'll Do:



  • Schedule, facilitate and attend all department meetings, keep notes, and record / follow through key action items
  • Manage the calendar and rhythm of a regional go to market organization including weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Provide administrative support to SVP, GTM Americas and other senior leaders to help manage project plans and ensure the tasks are on track for completion
  • Be the owner for the regional knowledge base and content management
  • Provide support for meetings such as scheduling, preparing materials, editing and formatting documents, materials, and reports, e-mailing reminders, etc
  • Event Planning, work with local staff to plan and execute social team events, trade shows, sales trips, client visits



What We're Looking For:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 to 5 years of sales or marketing or office administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal & written communication abilities
  • Ability to change channels quickly
  • Extremely organized
  • Independent and efficient
